Tender pan-fried pork medallions with sautéed spinach and wild mushrooms & a rich Dijon mustard sauce
Wild Mushroom Croquettes
Golden, crisp croquettes filled with sautéed wild mushrooms, shallots, garlic and fresh tarragon. Served with truffle aioli and finished with freshly grated Parmesan
Seafood Medley
A selection of grilled king prawns, seared scallops and crispy deep-fried baby squid, served with a roasted pepper and garlic sauce.
Pan-Fried Lemon Sole
Lemon sole fillet, pan-fried in butter, accompanied by a silky lemon beurre blanc. Served with tenderstem broccoli, finished with fresh herbs and fragrant lemon zest.
Pan-Seared Duck Breast
Succulent duck breast with crisp, golden skin, served with a blackberry and red wine jus, fondant potato and seasonal vegetables, finished with fresh thyme.
Roasted Stuffed Aubergine
Oven-roasted aubergine filled with fragrant couscous, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, feta cheese and fresh herbs. Served with a cumin and garlic-infused yoghurt sauce
